WHY Food4Africa?
When donating to Food4Africa you know that your contribution will purchase nutritional Food4Africa porridge that will be distributed directly to children, supporting early childhood development.
You know that 85% of every donor contribution goes into the field as we carry very little charity overheads.
You know that you are personally making a difference, with thousands of children being nourished every day.
In 2024 our Goal was to feed 50,000 children a day and expand our food distribution into neighboring African counties. We did expand into Zimbabwe.
In 2026 we have to increase our Meal Production capacity. We can achieve this with your help.

The need is so great., maybe never greater. One out of every 5 in Africa are going hungry today. Food4Africa was approached in 2024 to come to Zimbabwe hunger aid , with up to 6 million starving in Zimbabwe as farmer crops suffer and refugees/migrants move.
Food4Africa answers the charity call of The First Lady, Octavio Magngangwa and her Angel of Hope Foundation, starting to move tons of meals for distribution to the needy.
We have the capacity to produce many millions of meals in our Durban factory and get to the First Lady or to the World Food Program, both of whom desperate for meals and massively grateful for our help.

Food4Africa nutraceutical porridge is a pre-cooked, well-balanced combination of vitamins and minerals (including trace elements such as Selenium), carbohydrates, protein and cereal fats that work together in a synergistic manner to maximize nutrient intake on a daily basis. It is constituted as an instant breakfast cereal, and has a nutritional density, 29 times that of refined maize.
Nutraceutical Porridge is packed in 1kg packets to ensure product quality right up to the actual dispensing. One packet will feed a child under the age of 6 for 40 servings. It has a shelf life of one year.
